RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY – VINTIKE

1. Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

As an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. No questions asked.

To start a return, email us at: info@vintike.com with your order number.

2. How to Return

·        Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

·        You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

·        We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund:

·        The price of the item.

·        Original shipping cost.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping is not refunded.

4. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund including shipping.

6. Vintage Items Note

All items at Vintike are vintage/second-hand. Minor signs of wear may be present and will be described in the listing. Please check measurements provided. Due to the unique nature of vintage, colors may vary slightly on screen.

7. Final Sale Items

Underwear, swimwear, and items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
